Yes, Certified Pre-owned Powertrain, Classic and Gold Plus plans are transferrable in a private sale within the first 30 days of the sale. The original owner will need to sign a transfer agreement acknowledging they are okay with the transfer.

If the vehicle was sold to a Subaru retailer or independent company the agreement would not be transferrable.
